Many protective clothing products meet all standards – but look like they came straight from a safety file. The FR77 Multi-Standard Long-Sleeve Polo Shirt from Portwest breaks this cliché. It combines the highest protection classes with a professional design – and is fully embroiderable and printable.
The material is key: 60% modacrylic, 39% cotton, 1% carbon fiber. The Modaflame knit fabric combines wearing comfort with industrial protection. The carbon fiber anchors all protective functions permanently in the yarn – no washout effect, no degradation after a hundred washes. At 210 g/m², the shirt is light enough for long shifts in power generation, civil engineering, or on offshore installations.
The FR77 can be customized with FR-compliant embroidery or print – company logo, department identifier, or team name directly on the protective shirt, without affecting standard properties. Whether chest embroidery, back print, or sleeve identification – the FR77 becomes a brand message in the workplace.

Machine wash according to manufacturer's instructions is easily possible. The protective functions are anchored in the yarn ex-factory – no refreshing needed, no wash limitations.
