Excluded from exchange
- × Worn, dirty, or washed clothing and shoes
- × Goods not in original packaging
- × Items from warehouse clear-outs
- × Custom-made products, refined goods, and tailor-made items
- × Ordered goods (flame-retardant, multi-standard, ESD) – returns will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us in advance.
Return form & process
Please include the completed return form in the package. In case of a complaint, please note the reason for the complaint.
You will receive the return form along with the return label by email after you have contacted us.

Note on return costs
The return costs within Germany are borne by the buyer. Unfortunately, we cannot currently offer free returns for returns from other countries. Please contact us in advance by email so that we can send you the return label.
