Step by step


Step 1 – Foot wraps
Create a firm connection between the pallet and the first layer. 2–3 foot wraps prevent the goods from sliding during braking.

Step 2 – Spiraling upwards
Wrap the pallet spiraling upwards with a film overlap of approx. 20%. This creates a stable bond.

Step 3 – Head wraps
The pallet top is protected by 1–2 head wraps to prevent the top layer from tilting or falling off.

Step 4 – Cross wrap
By spiraling downwards, a cross wrap is achieved, guaranteeing optimal hold and protection for your pallet.

Continuous stretching
Continuously stretch the film by 30–40% throughout the entire wrapping process – for optimal protection and less film consumption.

20% overlap
Only with sufficient overlap of the film layers is a stable bond created that reliably secures the pallet.
