The PREVENT Trendline PTW high-visibility vest from Asatex combines certified high-visibility protection with modern softshell comfort and high freedom of movement for professional everyday work. The vest meets the requirements of EN ISO 20471 Class 2 and is ideal for construction, industry, logistics, trades and outdoor use with increased visibility requirements.

The elastic stretch fabric with 4% elastane ensures optimal mobility and high wearing comfort even during physically demanding activities. At the same time, the integrated water-repellent membrane reliably protects against wind and light moisture.

What is the purpose of the elastane content in the vest?
The 4% elastane in the fabric (96% polyester / 4% elastane) gives the vest four-way stretch properties. Compared to pure polyester vests, the fabric gives way when bending, stretching, and lifting – without tension or tearing. This is particularly important for physically demanding work where there is a lot of movement.
What does "waterproof zipper" mean for the chest pocket?
The waterproof zipper of the chest pocket is designed to prevent water from penetrating through the zipper opening. The tooth construction and/or a sealing lip seal the closure against rain. Documents, smartphones, or other items that need to be protected from moisture are safely stored in this pocket.
What are shoulder reflective strips and why are they important?
Shoulder reflective strips run over the shoulders and complement the circumferential torso reflective strips. They improve visibility from the front and from a bird's-eye view – important for work on construction sites where vehicles look down on or at an angle to the worker. EN ISO 20471 Class 2 specifies certain minimum areas – the shoulder strips help to meet these requirements.
How warm does the fleece lining keep you?
The fleece lining of the PTW hi-vis vest offers medium cold protection – ideal for cool autumn and spring days as well as moderately cold winter days during physically active work. The water-repellent membrane also prevents light rain from soaking the lining. For very cold days, warming base layers are recommended.
How is the hi-vis vest cared for?
Machine wash according to manufacturer's instructions. Do not use bleach or fabric softeners – these impair the luminosity of the warning color, the reflective strips, and the water-repellent properties. The water-repellent finish can be refreshed by careful ironing. With correct care, all properties remain permanently intact.
