FAQ

What does "Multi-standard protection" mean for the MV25?
"Multi-standard" means that the MV25 simultaneously meets several safety standards – EN ISO 11612 (Heat & Flames), EN ISO 11611 (Welding), EN 1149-5 (Antistatic), IEC 61482-1-2 (Arc Flash), EN 13034 (Chemicals) and EN ISO 20471 Class 2 (High-Visibility). A single jacket covers all essential risks.
What is CE CAT III and why is it important?
CE CAT III (Category III) is the highest protection category for personal protective equipment according to EU Regulation 2016/425. It applies to risks that can lead to irreversible damage or death – such as flames, heat, and electric arcs. The MV25 is certified for this highest hazard level.
Is the MV25 suitable for ATEX zones?
Yes. Thanks to its EN 1149-5 certification, the MV25 is fully suitable for use in potentially explosive atmospheres (ATEX zones). The integrated carbon fiber reliably and permanently prevents dangerous electrostatic discharges.
What does ATPV 8.4 cal/cm² mean for arc flash protection?
ATPV (Arc Thermal Performance Value) of 8.4 cal/cm² describes the energy value of an arc at which the fabric still provides burn protection. A HAF (Heat Attenuation Factor) of 75.8% means that the material absorbs 75.8% of the thermal arc energy, thus protecting the wearer.
How should the MV25 be washed?
Wash according to manufacturer's instructions. Do not use bleach or fabric softeners, as these can impair the flame-retardant and antistatic properties, as well as the luminosity of the hi-vis color and the reflective strips. With correct care, all multi-standard protective properties remain permanently effective.
Are bulk discounts and embroidery available?
Yes. For orders of 10 pieces or more, we offer tiered quantity discounts. FR-compliant embroidery with a company logo is also available upon request.

Ready to order?

Bulk quantities, FR-compliant embroidery or samples available on request.
