What is the difference between AS12 (women's) and AS11 (unisex)?

The AS12 is ESD trousers specifically designed for women with an ergonomic cut and women's fit – in sizes XS to 4XL. The AS11 is the unisex version of the same product line. Both are made of 65% PES / 34% BW / 1% conductive fiber (210 g/m²) and comply with EN 61340-5-1.
How long does the antistatic effect last?

The conductive fiber is permanently incorporated into the fabric – not as a surface treatment. The ESD protection effect remains permanent regardless of the number of washes and the age of the garment.
At what temperature can the AS12 be washed?

The AS12 is machine washable at 60°C. The blended fabric of 65% polyester and 34% cotton is robust and dimensionally stable – even after many washes, the shape, color, and ESD properties are retained.
Why no exposed metal parts?

Exposed metal parts can cause problems in ESD-protected areas and lead to scratches on sensitive surfaces. The AS12 is manufactured completely without exposed metal parts – safe for people and products.
Which standard does the AS12 comply with?

The AS12 complies with EN 61340-5-1 (identical to IEC 61340-5-1) and is CE marked. It is therefore approved for all certified ESD protected areas (EPA).
