3-needle quilted seams
Triple stitched on all heavily stressed areas – the 3-needle quilted seams significantly increase tear resistance. Where normal seams would tear, the Flex-Line Short holds up reliably – even with daily use on the construction site.
600D/PU Oxford knee pocket
The spacious knee pocket made of robust 600D/PU Oxford material with a flap accommodates separate knee pads. The material is also used in industrial backpacks – accordingly resistant to abrasion and sharp edges.
Elastane & gusset in crotch
The 3% elastane provides basic flexibility throughout the fabric. The gusset in the crotch area further facilitates movement and prevents seams from tearing – ideal for activities where you frequently kneel or bend down.
Reflectors for visibility
Integrated reflective strips ensure good visibility in poor light conditions, at dusk or in poorly lit areas – an important safety feature even for short work trousers.
Complete pocket system
Slanted pockets, reinforced back pockets, double rule pocket with 4 pen compartments on the right, and cargo pocket with 2 compartments, zippered insertion pocket and pen pocket on the left – everything at hand, even in short trousers.

Particularly stressed areas are reinforced with stable 3-needle quilted seams and offer additional resistance in daily work. The robust 600D/PU Oxford reinforcement in heavily stressed zones provides increased protection against abrasion and wear.
